With over 20 years of book industry experience as a former independent bookseller and publisher’s rep, Tracy Adams has been encouraging booksellers to use their co-op pools since she started working as a sales rep for Penguin Books in the early 90's. In 2002, she created Co-op Solutions, the first business of its kind, to help independent booksellers successfully manage all aspects of publisher co-op and better compete in today's retail environment.
